States Schedule Announced

In a press release announced Saturday, Glenn Godard of Sun Mesa Events released details surrounding the 2010 State and Provincial Championships. The tournament for 2010 will be held October 9th. The event saw over 6,000 participants in 2009. Over 60 champions were crowned, and three will attempt to win their THIRD championships in a row.

The tournament is returning to its traditional format, becoming the first major Standard tournament to follow the release of the fall set. In the case of the 2010's that will be Scars of Mirrodin. In addition prizes will include:

-A special Top 8 playmat custom designed by Magic: The Gathering artist Kekai Kotaki

-Plaques to winners

-Custom DCI cards for champions

-Free entry to all Constructed Premier events for a year for winners
