Reader "Dean" wrote in to let us know that the most recent version of "Big Brother" in England stars a character named Mario who is apparently a big Magic: The Gathering fan. Rumors throughout the season have hinted that he might be a card flopper. During one episode the participants in the reality show had to pantomime horses for a day and he appeared to name his "Kozilek the Butcher." But the latest episode confirms it. The actions starts at about 5:05.

In it Mario accuses one of his housemates of being an "Intrepid Hero," a "3 white mana casting cost 1/1, tap to destroy target creature with power 4 or greater."

Big Brother is a reality show that sequesters a household of people who are then filmed around the clock interacting with one another and challenges provided by producers. They are sequestered from the real world and try to win cash prizes while avoiding "eviction." Mario Mugan is a 28 year old on the show and hails from Essex. The 2010 season marks the 11th for the UK version of the show.
