Wizards announced late Tuesday the debut of a Chaos Magic variant involving the social network Twitter. Here's how Wizards described the game on its DailyMTG.com online magazine:

"On July 31-August 1, you will be able to add pandemonium to your multiplayer Magic game. Simply follow TweetMTG on Twitter or watch the feed here and get ready for the Multiverse to unfold in ways you've never seen before."

The article details a regular Chaos style game with occasional Tweets causing effects that change how the game plays. The article also references joining the teams of planeswalkers. The event is schedules for July 30 and will conclude August 2.
