With blue allegedly "sucking," could this be the answer blue mages have been looking for?

That's right, instant speed card draw is back. Of course, it comes at a hefty price. Mysteries is a fine two- or possibly three-for-one in Limited, but in Constructed you'll have to work a bit harder. Five mana is a lot to pay for +3 cards, and only that if you manage to slowroll the activation on a fetch land. So could Mysteries of the Deep be the solution to bring blue back from the brink? No doubt the Magic community will test their butts off trying to prove it.
