WPN Championship Announced

Wizards of the Coast has announced a new Wizards Play Network championship for Pro Tour-San Juan. The Championship is free to enter, but you have to qualify to play at a number of select WPN locations in North and South American in April and May. The format for the Championship is Standard, and it will award the winner a free trip to Pro Tour-Amsterdam. In addition, the tournament organizer of the qualifying player will also win a trip to the Pro Tour.

It is an odd addition to the WPN play schedule, something Wizards has never done before.
