The deck utilizes Prismatic Omen to turn all its lands into Mountains (as well as everything else), and starts blowing people up with Valakut from there. A blue base provides plenty of disruption to force the late game, and Tarmogoyf provides a solid Plan B. JWay was the Magic Online user who played the deck, finishing in the Top 16 of PTQ #847957 on January 10. The list was good enough for Top 16, but will it be good enough to make the Top 8?
