News has come out this week detailing a lawsuit between Konami, the company behind Yugioh, and Upper Deck Entertainment alleging UDE counterfeited Yugioh cards in the United States. Upper Deck, which has employed Magic luminaries such as Brian Kibler, Antonino De Rosa, Dave Humphreys, Ben Seck, and Patrick Sullivan, was the distributor of Yugioh on behalf of Konami in the United States.
