So for the same cost, you get Giant Growth plus, but spread over installments of two turns. That seems fair. How will the ability interact with countermagic? It says you actually cast the card, which indicates while it can be countered, it also does things like pumping your storm count. This is a surefire hit in Limited, and whether it sees Standard play will depend on if there are aggressive beatdown decks looking for a pump spell to push the final points through.
