American Paul Rietzl is the Pro Tour-Amsterdam champion! In a legendary Top 8, Paul's White Weenie deck managed to defeat fellow American Brad Nelsons' Doran Rock deck in a swift three games. But Paul's win was not the only story in the Top 8 of Amsterdam. The legendary Kai Budde returned to old form and notched up his TENTH Pro Tour Top 8! In addition, the next Hall of Fame class was announced with Gabriel Nassif, Brian Kibler, and Tomoharu Saito all making the cut. Pro tour standout and top level judge and coordinator Bram Snepvangers missed the cut by exactly one vote. In addition to his selection to the Hall of Fame, Kibler added an exclamation point to his previous success by earning a spot in the Top 8 of Amsterdam, making it four Top 8s total including a win at the previous year's Extended Pro Tour in Austin, Texas.
