Scott Larabee, the DCI Program Manager in charge of events like the Magic: The Gathering Pro Tour, has announced his 2010 Hall of Fame ballot on Facebook. The players he has selected:

-Gabriel Nassif

-Tsuyoshi Ikeda

-Scott Johns

-Steve O'Mahoney-Schwartz

-Bram Snepvangers

Nassif's name is the sole lock that so far to date has been on nearly every single ballot made public. Bram Snepvangers and Steve O'Mahoney-Schwartz have both benefited from public attempts to push for votes on their behalf (read Bram's here), while Tsuyoshi Ikeda is oft mentioned as a top pick for this year. Old school player and former DailyMTG.com head Scott Johns is the biggest surprise on the ballot, but Johns has polled well each year he has been on the ballot.
