PAX East Prizes and Schedule

Wizards of the Coast today published a schedule of prizes and events for PAX East. PAX, better known as the Penny Arcade Expo, is a primarily digital gaming convention put on by the company behind Penny Arcade. It is making its debut on the East coast after a long time presence in the Seattle area. TCGs, including Magic, generally have a permanent presence despite the convention's focus on the digital games realm.

Events and prize highlights:

-Magic Online Live Series with $5,000 in cash prizes

-Free promo Crystalline Slivers for signing up for Magic Online

-Free Magic Online drafts for new players

-Super Friday Night Magic

-Grand Melee
