Mox Pearl for $190k

We've reported on expensive sales of Magic art. Now comes news of another high profile Magic card whose original art it up for sale and at an extravagant price. The card? Mox Pearl, one of the Power 9 and illustrated by Dan Frazier. Ebay user GoodlyTreasures has it for sale and is asking for $187,500 for it, though that price is 25% off the original posting of $250,000.

The store, which has 100% positive feedback on over 2,500 transactions, claims to be a collectibles seller that has been in business since 1986. Text in the description of the item claims a certificate of authenticity will be included, along with a Collector's Edition version of the Mox.
