Magic Gen Con Schedule Announced

Wizards of the Coast announced on its DailyMTG.com online magazine the schedule of Magic events to be held at Gen Con. The event, the largest tabletop gaming convention in the world, will be held in Indianapolis from August 5-8. On the docket for this year are a host of unique Magic opportunities. Gen Con will be the first place players can purchase From the Vault: Relics, on sale for $34.99 (debit or credit card only), though units will be limited to just 100 per day and players will have to have a ticket in order to purchase them. In previous years the release of From the Vault at Gen Con has been one of the most sought after, and hard to get, items.

The Vinatage and Legacy championships will be held, as usual, and a Magic Online Live event leading in to Worlds in December. A Pro Tour Qualifier, Grand Prix Trial, multiplayer massive Magic, and much more are also listed.
