Magic Dolls?

No, it's not the latest product from Wizards of the Coast. We're talking about one of the more innovative uses of Magic cards perhaps ever. A blogger by the name J. Norad runs a DIY blog for building on Blogspot. The writer's latest creation? Putting together a series of dolls to replicate the characters from Team Fortress 2. One problem: in recreating the leg joints for the project, Norad couldn't find a compound capable of providing enough friction and stability to serve as a leg joint.
Enter Magic cardstock.
The enterprising builder managed to use old Magic cards, Chartooth Cougar from the looks of it, and a separate cardstock to create exactly the friction needed to serve as a suitable joint. That ultimately allowed Norad to put together the foundation for the creation.
