Juzam Artwork For Sale at $200k

The original artwork for the Arabian Nights standout Juzam Djinn is now being offered for sale on Ebay at a price of $200,000. While Magic cards have been known to fetch high prices (read about an $89,000 Black Lotus here), this is certainly one of the highest prices ever asked for original Magic artwork.

A powerhouse in its day, Juzam has seen little play of late thanks to powerful alternatives like Grinning Demon and Plague Sliver, as well as a Magic world that has seen power level rise since a 5/5 for four mana was considered marquee. The card is illustrated by Mark Tedin, one of the game's most prolific artists who has been tasked with bringing to life hundreds of Magic cards throughout his career.

The Ebay sellers of the item, GradedMagicCards, specialize in high end Magic-related cards and artwork, and claim to be the only PSA Authorized Dealer for Magic in the world.
