A group of judges recently gave an interview to David Leavitt for Examiner.com. In it they discuss their take on the newly announced changes to the reserve list from Wizards of the Coast.

Much of the interview focuses on the impact of the policy on judge foils, often highly sought after premium treatments of cards you can only find foiled through the judge program.
